Therefore Guest blogging can be defined as a way for us to build a blogging team. You must know that the work of a team much stronger than one person work.

From my personal experience and my observation, many bloggers failed with their guest blogging project. Basically, before you offer to other bloggers to be guest blogger on your blog there are several things that you should do first, as follows:
1. Define your niche. For sure you will only receive articles from guest blogger which is having similar niche that meet with your standard quality.
2. Define your blog traffic target and achieve it first. Make sure you have enough blog traffic before you open the guest blogging project. How much is the minimum traffic? It is you who have to decide. Of course, the higher are the better. Low traffic often becomes the main source of failure guest blogging project.
3. Give incentives. You must realize the meaning of an article and if you realize it then you should give reward for your guest blogger. Most bloggers only offer a backlink, or money. Mostly the amount of prize money is around 5$. Will you give your best article for 5$???
From my personal experience if you are trying to get your best blogging team through guest blogger project than just getting new article, it will be more interesting if you give the opportunity for the guest blogger to install their PPC code like adsense or else on their articles that they send it to you. This is a great way to provide great opportunities for your guest blogger to earn unlimited revenue than if you only give $ 5 per article, backlink, and the possibility to get some additional traffic from your blog.
